The best by far!!! Quality work from the whole staff. Everyone there makes a difference. Rather for regular maintenance or an unexpected repair this is where I go. I strongly recommend this for other BMW owners especially.
Larchmere Imports is my first and only choice for auto service in Northeast Ohio. Thanks to their expert care, my 2004 BMW 330CI runs better than ever. With "only" 170,000 miles to date, I'm expecting a long, happy relationship with the folks at Larchmere. One more thing: Their customer service is second to none.
The guys in Bainbridge have taken care of my BMW each time its needed work. I also recommended a co-worker with a Saab to them and he had a positive experience as well.

I had a window motor in my Mini replaced and couldn't be happier. Not only was the location more convenient for me, but they also didn't want to charge me the GDP of a small country, unlike my normal servicer (the dealership). When I drove home, I realized that the seal on the window wasn't the greatest but the guys at Larchmere Imports were more than happy to take 5 minutes out of a day and quickly fix it for me. The service was excellent, and I would highly recommend them for your service needs.
Great service - in the 7+ years I've been taking my cars to them, I encountered a single issue - a novice tech forgot to tighten a bolt. The owner took care of the issue immediately and without question, made sure I had a loaner, and in general made the situation right. I trust them and their advice implicitly - they're honest and straight shooting guys that love BMWs.
I have been an owner of BMW's and Saabs for 15 years and i have always had my vehicles serviced at Larchmere Imports. As a female it is very difficult to trust that i will not be taken advantage of when i'm in need of services pertaining to my vehicle but i have never felt that way at Larchmere. They are honest, they are dedicated to solving the issues, and i have always felt that in the price point of my luxury vehicle, the pricing has been fair. As we all know any German vehicle is never cheap to repair but they are certainly worth it! John took the time to explain everything in detail that needed attention and even included some work that needed to be done at no cost because we had not discussed it beforehand. I had the most positive experience with Larchmere Imports on multiple occasions. Dave, Jacob, John and Marcus, all seemed to be truly committed to providing the best service possible. They communicated clearly and concisely and always met the agreed deadline (same day service). At the same time, there was no sense of rush and the place looked very neat and welcoming. I love that is a well run, focused, local small business. There is even a shop dog! Those attributes contribute to the feeling of customer appreciation every time there is phone or personal interaction. I first went in to get an estimate on my 2005 325i when it was closing in on 100K miles and I wanted to know a fair price. They convinced me to hold onto it and 5 years later I still bring it there and it still runs great. Instead of trading it in, I put money into it instead of making a new car payment and I bought a 135i for weekends.
